Creative Fundamentals - Course Dates and Outline

Registration Details.

Course Instructor: Harry Nowell is a photographer who is licensed by three leading stock photography companies. View Harry's photography portfolio for more details.

Course Outlines: Each workshop has three parts with relatively short teaching segments that allow you to retain the information easily and effectively.

• Indoor classroom learning session. (Evening)
• Field Trip including experimentation, shooting and questions. (Day)
• Follow-up Indoor Session. Students show off their work. This is a time for critique with the group and a time for more learning. (Evening)

The knowledge that you learn will be applicable to many of your future photo adventures, whether they be of weddings, landscapes, family pictures, or sports.

Participant Requirements: Students are required to bring a 35 mm SLR digital or film camera with a manual setting - no point and shoot, please. Also, students should bring lens(es) that offer some wide angle (< 50 mm) and telephoto (>70 mm) capability. Zoom lenses are fine. A tripod, cable release, and slide film (if needed) round out your camera bag.
