Last month we challenged the Online Photo Program<\/a> Members with the tough technical challenge of backlighting<\/em> – the tricky scenario of bringing MORE attention to the main subject by blasting the background with light.<\/p>\n

But they performed! I was pleased at how the group progressed. It was a tough challenge for many but I was pleased with the results!<\/p>\n

And Online member, Scott, sent us this comment about his experience on the program:<\/p>\n

“Loving the on-line program.\u00a0 I like that it pushes me to\u00a0think<\/span>\u00a0about how I want to capture the image before me.\u00a0 At last weekend\u2019s cyclocross race I sought out shooting locations that allowed me to blow-out the background and highlight the cyclists.\u00a0 I\u2019d say I\u2019m feeling more involved with the picture taking process.<\/em>”<\/p>\n
