We traveled together for ten days while I stayed longer for some stock  photo work and researching future trips.<strong> Iceland was fantastic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Agenda <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We divided our time between <strong>Reykjavik<\/strong>, <strong>Sn\u00e6fellsnes<\/strong> peninsula and south Iceland. We traveled by car, bicycle and bus.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/www.HarryNowell.com\/Photo\/Iceland1.jpg\" \/><br \/>\n<em><strong>Gulfoss waterfall<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Weather <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>True to Iceland&#8217;s unpredictable nature we had a wide range of weather:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>27C and sunny<\/li>\n<li>12C and rain<\/li>\n<li>wind<\/li>\n<li>fog<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Some Highlights<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This week I will be recounting some of the adventures of the trip:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eating fermented <strong>arctic shark<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>spectacular<\/strong> waterfalls<\/li>\n<li>more spectacular <strong>waterfalls<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>glaciers, earthquakes, and <strong>lava flows<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>the <strong>wonderful<\/strong> Icelanders<\/li>\n<li>Icelandic <strong>horses<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vikings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stay tuned<\/strong> this week for pictures, stories and the possibility of photographing there.<br \/>\nHarry<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tweet This week I will be highlighting the trip to Iceland while it is still very alive in my memory.
